One of many figures I bought on impulse but now its time to cut down my collection. Wolverine has always been one of my favourite Marvel characters.  Just recently sold Wolverine from my collection. Still hurts a little to part with Wolverine. You know the old gangster saying "Don't get high on your own supply".

Measuring approximately 6 inch tall, each Marvel Legends 2013 - Series 01 figure features multiple points of articulation and character-specific accessories. This version of Wolverine features the characters dusky-hued X-Force costume, complete with X-insignia red belt buckle. Wolverine mutant regenerative ability enables him to survive an experimental procedure in which his entire skeleton is sheathed in Adamantium, in the process of which his forearms are outfitted with sets of curving with retractable Adamantium claws. During the events of the X-Men: Messiah Complex crossover storyline, Wolverine takes command of a new incarnation of X-Force.

Uncanny X-Force, was launched in October 2010. This new series features members of the previous X-Force team, which was to have been shut down by X-Men leader Cyclops due to the existence of the team having been previously exposed and now operates without him knowing. The squad features new team members Psylocke, Fantomex, and Deadpool. According to Remender, "This is a group of characters that have had their souls stained by evil forces in the past, a common thread connecting them. They've already made the hard compromises in the past; they've all taken life."

Deadpool one of my favourites in the Marvel Universe . Even though I could not find the Marvel Legends ones witch now worth soooo much more now a days. I'm glad I was able to grab this guy.

His career as a mercenary began while still in his late teens, when he became a test subject in Department K`s branch of the joint U.S./Canadian superhuman enhancement project, better known as the "Weapon X" program.(TheCollectorsLens.blogspot.com) Horribly scarred and slightly insane due to the super-soldier process that bestowed him with an accelerated healing factor,Deadpool has become one of the Marvel Universe's favourite loud-mouthed, smart-alecky' super-assassins/mercenaries!

Powers

Deadpool  acquires a superhuman healing factor derived from that of the mutant Wolverine that allows him to regenerate damaged or destroyed areas of his cellular structure at a rate far greater than that of an ordinary human. He can regrow severed limbs or vital organs. The speed at which this healing factor works varies in direct proportion to the severity of the damage Deadpool suffers. This healing factor also affords Deadpool a virtual immunity to poisons and most drugs, as well as an enhanced resistance to diseases and an extended life span. Unlike Wolverine’s natural healing factor, Deadpool’s is mentally driven to a partial extent. Due to his superhuman healing ability, many of Deadpool's natural physical attributes have been enhanced. Deadpool's musicality's generates considerably less fatigue toxins than the muscles of an ordinary human being, granting him superhuman levels of stamina in all physical activities. His natural strength, agility and reflexes have been enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural limits of the human body. Deadpool's agility and reaction time are superior to those of even the finest human athlete.

Deadpool is an extraordinary hand-to-hand combat and is skilled in multiple unarmed combat techniques. He is a master of assassination techniques, is an excellent marksman, and is highly skilled with bladed weapons (frequently carrying two swords strapped to his back). He is fluent in Japanese, German, Spanish, amongst other languages.

I was always a big fan of the Juggernaut. Reading the comics and watching the cartoon I always like the big fight scenes with the huge super hero's. The action in the comics were so destructive. I just like how they tore up the city when they fought.

 Scaled to blend with other Marvel Select figures, the Marvel Select Juggernaut measures approximately 7” tall and features the standard 16 points of articulation. The Juggernaut is clad in his distinctive armour and helmet, complete with massive knuckle-dusters. Virtually unstoppable, requiring neither sustenance nor oxygen, the Juggernaut is impervious to most physical attacks. The Juggernaut’s abilities originated with an outer-dimensional power source, the conduit of which resided in mystical artifacts. His primary weakness rests within his vulnerability to telepathic assaults, against which his distinctive, domed, nearly unmovable helmet is intended as a safeguard.

Sculpted by Gentle Giant, the unstoppable Juggernaut is one of the most powerful men to walk the Earth unhindered — literally! When Cain Marko states that "Nothing stops the Juggernaut", he's not kidding! Finding a mystical ruby in a lost temple in Korea, U.S. Army soldier Cain Marko read aloud the inscription on the gem: "Whoseoever touches this gem shall be granted the power of the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak! Henceforth, you who reads these words shall become...forevermore...a human juggernaut!" Charles Xavier's half-brother became an unstoppable force, soon after joining Magneto in the fight against the X-Men and anyone else that dared stand in their way!

In my opinion this is the best Juggernaut made so far from the articulation and detail. I suggest to pick up the Juggernaut before he get too ridiculously over priced.
