Transformers: Titans Return Overlord |
|
Titans Return Leader Class Overlord |
Overlord is a Decepticon Godmaster from the Generation 1 continuity family.
Autobots quake in fear when Overlord thunders on to the battlefield. This towering warrior is an amalgamation of the deadliest Decepticon weaponry known, armed with laser blasters and grenade launchers in his stomach, and the terrifying ability to prevent the wounds he inflicts upon his opponents from healing. He is even equipped with an internal arms factory. Overlord is formed from two individual vehicles, a tank and a jet, which combine together to form his colossal robot mode, a heavily-armed advance base, or a larger jet capable of space flight.

"USED" Overlord found in Toys R Us |
I found Overlord at Toys r Us. Noticed he was opened so I asked the front desk if they could give me a discounted price. They found out the original price was $59.99 so they offered with $25.00. I ask for $20.00 and they were cool with it. Only bad thing was his blaster was broken, collector card and instructions where missing. Plus he was not properly strapped in like when they come new in package. I have a feeling one of the employees opened and played with Overlord then put him back on the shelf.

Leader Class: Overlord |
Prime Wars Trilogy
Overlord witnessed the events of the Combiner Wars from afar, and decided to get a closer look for the sake of curiosity. Upon arrival in Metroplex City, he eventually found his way into the Primal Basilica, where he encountered the Mistress of Flame. She attacked him, but he easily overpowered her and demanded to know where he could find Megatron. When the Mistress of Flame failed to answer, Overlord electrocuted her and departed, leaving her for dead. Overlord later found a weakened Hot Rod and decided he would "do nicely" before forcibly shoving a glowing purple object into the panicked Autobot's chest, corrupting him and turning him into Rodimus Cron. At the Last Second Later, he and Rodimus observed the fall of Trypticon and the return of Megatronus from afar.

New Decepticon Leader |
What do you think? Do you think Overlord should be the next leader of the Decepticons? I think it would be a cool change. It would be cool if they had a new Autobot to lead the Autobots.

Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird - Tank: Overlord |
Part of the fifth wave of Titans Return Leader-class toys, "Decepticon Overlord" is a partial redeco of the same line's Sky Shadow: the tank component is mostly a redeco with the waist slightly retooled, but the jet component is an entirely new sculpt. He retains the ability to split into both a tank and a jet simultaneously, as well as a combined base mode.

The Titan Master figure becomes the head of the Leader Class figure and works with Deluxe Class, Voyager Class, and Leader Class Titans Return figures .

Jet Nosecone Shield: OverLord |
In another change from Sky Shadow, the jet nosecone is now removable and can be worn as a shield on either shoulder in robot mode. It can also plug into his chest as additional armour, and the tip can be removed to make the bottom hatch more accessible.

Powermaster Gimmick: Overlord |
In homage to his original Powermaster gimmick, Overlord has two opening doors on his chest which reveal slots for the storage of two individual Titan Master or Prime Master figures (one in each pectoral) in head/spark mode. Care must be taken though, as these compartments are VERY snug and the Titan Master may get stuck inside or will not fit altogether, depending on the head sculpt.
